At County Line Off-Road our system utilizes one piece front and rear crossmembers. Included with the kit is our tight tolerance ductile iron steering knuckle’s Which maintain a stock geometry and stock handling characteristics. All of our fabricated parts are made from 1/4 inch high quality steel. The differential is protected by our 1/4 inch heavy duty skid plate.  Our differential brackets are fabricated from high-quality 1/4 inch steel. This also maintains your CV axle at a optimal angle. This kit also includes, a fully welded fabricated rear blocks using our cold roll center pin to locate the axle and maintain correct pinion angle. Our shocks are tuned in valved specific to your vehicle. These parts are also powder coated to the highest standard, using our 10 stage cleaning and powder coat process. This maintains a high-quality aesthetic look with maximum durability.  All of our parts are designed using the latest CADCAM engineering software. Using our latest Faro Arm laser scanner we reverse engineer all the stock components to maintain a tight tolerance for easy installation. All of our sheet-metal and tubes are CNC laser cut and bent to maintain a tight tolerance in our fabrication process. 
Also, we utilize the outside corner well joint design for most of our mig welding parts to maintain a high quality weld with maximum penetration. At County Line Off-Road our parts are CNC machined for a perfect fit every time. All of our parts go through a strict quality control procedure after every manufacturing process. We pride ourselves in manufacturing the highest quality parts with American Standards. All of our aluminum spacers are machined from high-quality T 6061 aluminum.
