Adjustable pan hard rod is made from a solid bar. Bent with our 300 ton forge press. 
We designed our pan hard rod by utilizing a thread rolling method for enhancing thread strength and durability. County line bushings can absorb substantial loads and are less prone to splitting discoloring or cracking with age. Our bushings will resist wear, road grime, salt and oils. All of our parts come with grade 10.9 hardware, even if it’s as little as a brake line bracket. We pride ourselves in our aluminum zinc flake coating. Which will  maintain a maximum salt spray test of 2500 hours. Which is more than any other manufactured in the off-road industry. County Line Off-Road parts are also powder coated to the highest standard using our 10 stage cleaning and powder coat process. This will maintain a high-quality aesthetic look with maximum durability.
